Introduced in an initial episode titled "20 Minutes into the Future," presenting the fully human TV reporter Edison Carter crashing "through a gate labeled 'Max. Headroom: 2.3 m[eters].' The evil network's house genius — a … teen hacker—then turns what's left of the hapless reporter into a 'computer-generated geek' . . . .
