Developers' statement on steampowered.com, as of May 2023, at link: "The Last Starship is a space ship construction game, currently in Alpha. Pick a ship hull, kit her out with engines, life-support, sensors and railguns and start your galactic adventure. Expect free updates every 6 weeks as we flesh out our vision for the game."[1]
