Promoted as, "JUST THE TIP focuses on the ultimate seduction of the machine. It's about the immense power of nuclear weapons, their dark allure and ingenious construct." The title includes a sexual undertone, but the illustration with the promotional mailing indicates that the "tip" in immediate question is tip of an ICBM: its nuclear warhead. Cf. Stanley Kubrick's 1963/64 film DR. STRANGELOVE: OR HOW I LEARNED TO STOP WORRYING AND LOVE THE BOMB.
