Elementary: "The Man with the Twisted Lip"

Elementary is Sherlock Holmes in the 21st century in, mostly, the relatively mundane world of New York City and is not SF.[2] This episode, however, introduces drones of various kinds, at least one of which is immediately relevant: a spy drone of very small size for a drone that looks like an elegant jewelry rendition of a mosquito, picking up the themes of nano-technology (not mentioned in the dialog), surveillance, and what Ricard D. Erlich and Thomas P. Dunn have called "The Ovion/Cylon Alliance": the association of insects and the mechanical, or, in this case, presumably, electro-mechanical, and certainly electronic and cybernetic.
