CREATION OF THE HUMANOIDS. Wesley E. Barry, dir. USA: Genie (Emerson Film Enterprises), 1962.

Praised by V. Sobchack in Limits of Infinity and Screening Space[1] (cited under Drama Criticism) as possibly "the most innovative and intellectually complex treatment of robots" on film. In the humanoids, "the dividing line between robot and human is totally extinguished" (82-83). Walt Lee[2] says the future battle pitting humans against androids and robots is "somewhat related" to ideas in J. Williamson's Humanoid stories (q.v. under Fiction).
