Relevant here for a CIA device that allows getting into the minds of others, including a cat, Stan Smith, Francine Smith, and Roger (the resident alien). Note image of characters in a very basic lab, recumbent with metal caps on, connected to the machine and others — with the mind entrance taking them to surreal dreamscapes.
