12-E: Disaster Transport. Roller coaster ride at Cedar Point, OH. In service since 1990.
You are on a suborbital flight to Alaska in a defective ship flown by an incompetent crew for a disreputable company. The attraction is entirely within a large building and (rather differently from the Disney version) calls attention to the machinery patrons are inside of. Not cyberpunk, but in the tradition that led to cyberpunk. See under Drama Criticism, J. Bierman, "Automated Theatre."
