FAMILY GUY: "Bri Robot." Season 17, episode 12 (10 February 2019), through-numbering 321. Fox TV.

Rather than help family dog Brian write his autobiography, Stewie creates a robot duplicate of Brian — a nearly exact duplicate (with different color collars, however), down to habits and talents, or lack thereof. Plausibly, the self-infatuated Brian falls in love with his double/himself, a love that quickly moves into a sex scene, the start of which is shown.

Stewie confronts [... real Brian] the next day about his activities, having built sensors into the robot. As time goes by, robot Brian's imitation of Brian starts to get on the latter's nerves, but when presented with proof that it is indeed his own habits, he admits that he hates himself, deactivating the robot. Stewie arrives applauding, having made his point that Brian is so boring that no one would want his life story. [1]

See for comic handling of the theme of the robot double, with the classic instance in the very different development in METROPOLIS. Note also the animation scene of anthropomorphized dog moving into human-like homoerotic sex with his robot double, which may be unique on network television and may be a first in a wide variety of media.
